Turkey Chili Adios

3 c cooked, minced turkey
1 md onion, Chopped
1 c canned kidney beans, drained
1 4 oz. can green chiles
2 t chili powder
1 t cumin powder
2 ribs celery, chopped
3 c turkey (or chicken broth)
1 c raw rice
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 t prepared mustard
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cover and simmer, stirring occasionally until rice is tender, about 35 minutes. For thicker, richer chili, puree one small can of kidney beans in a blender or food processor and add to chili.
