Taco Bread

Serves 1 Yeast

1 1/2 pound loaf
9 ounces Water
1 1/2 tablespoons Applesauce (oil)
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cup Cornmeal
1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons Taco seasoning
2 cups Bread flour
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast Tastes like a taco...great with chili.
