Santa Fe Chili 2

2 T oil
2 lb turkey, Ground
1/2 c onion, Chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 T chili powder, or to taste
1 T paprika
2 t cumin, Ground
1/2 t salt
1 pepper to, Freshly Ground
1 taste
28 oz canned tomatoes, drained
30 oz red kidney beans, Canned
1 drained
In large skillet over medium heat, warm oil.
Add turkey and onion; cook, stirring, for about 4-5 minutes or until turkey is no longer pink.
Stir in garlic, chili powder, paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and tomatoes; cover. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
Add beans and cook until heated through. May be prepared a day ahead.
