Pecan Streusel Cake

**streusel**
1 c brown sugar
1 c pecans, chopped
1/4 c flour
3 T margarine, melted
1 t orange zest
**cake**
1/2 c margarine
1/2 c sugar
3 ea eggs
1 t orange zest
1/2 t vanilla
2 c flour
1 t baking powder
2/3 c orange juice
1 t soda
**glaze**
1/2 c confectioner's sugar
2 1/2 t orange juice

In a large bowl, beat margarine and sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs 1 at a time. Beat in zest and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients.
Add alternately with orange juice. Spoon half of batter into a greased 9" tube pan. Top with half streusel. Top with remaining batter and streusel. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool in pan. Drizzle with glaze.
