Pecan Pie
3 ea eggs, beaten
1 c sugar
1 t vanilla
1 c light (or dark corn syrup)
2 T margarine, melted
1 T tennessee whiskey
1 1/2 c pecans, whole
1 9 ea pastry shell, unbaked
In bowl, stir together first 6 ingredients until well blended.
Stir in nuts. Pour into pastry shell. Bake at 350 for 50 to 55 minutes. Cool before serving.
