Mrs. Dash Chili

1 cn chili tomatoes (15 oz)
1 cn red kidney beans, undrained (15 1/2, oz)
2 T mrs. dash garlic & herb
1 T sugar
1 t cumin
1 cheese (opt), Grated
1 onion (opt), Chopped
In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over medium heat for 5-10 minutes. Garnish with grated cheese and onions if desired.
