Mexene Chili

1 lb beef, Ground
3/4 c onion, Chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
2 T mexene chili powder
1 T flour
1 t salt
1/2 t cumin, Ground
1/2 t sugar
1 cn tomato sauce, 8 ounce size
1 c water
Brown meat, onion, garlic together, then drain excess fat.
Stir in remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.
