Manicotti

1/2 lb lasagna noodles
1 lb cottage cheese
1/4 pound cheddar cheese shredded
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 t salt
1/4 c chupped parsley
1 egg, slightly beaten
2 cn tomato sauce (4 oz. each)
1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Mix cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, bread crumbs, salt, parsley and egg. Boil lasagna noodles in large amount of salted water for ten minutes over medium heat.
Stir with wooden spoon. Cut lasagna strips in half.

Spoon portion of cheese mixture on lasagna strip and roll. Pour half of sauce in pan and arrange manicotti in single layer over sauce. Top with remaining sauce, sprinkle with parmesan cheese, and bake in moderate oven at 3750 for 30 minutes.
