Italian Bread

Serves 16 Italian

1 package Yeast
3 cups Bread flour
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter (sweet at room temp)
1 cup Less 1 T hot water
2 Stiffly beaten egg whites
Be sure to use "crisp" bread setting and add the egg whites after the rest of the ingredients are moist.
