Banana Mocha Ice Cream
3 md Bananas, extra ripe; peeled 4 Eggs; clean, uncracked 2 c Whipping cream 1 c Half & half 1 c Sugar 1/2 c Chocolate syrup 2 tb Instant coffee crystals 2 ts Vanilla 1/4 ts Ground cinnamon 1/8 ts Salt Slice bananas into blender; process until pureed (1-1/2 cups).
Add eggs; process to blend. Pour banana mixture and remaining ingredients into ice cream freezer container.
Stir until sugar dissolves and mixture is blended. Freeze according to manufacturer's directions. Makes 1-1/2 quarts.
