Hungry Child

2 lb pork back bones
5 sweet potatoes
salt and pepper, To Taste
1/2 c brown sugar on top

Peel potatoes and slice.
Place meat and potatoes together to boil, 1- 1/2 hours. Drain.
Place in dish with dashes of fresh butter and 1/2 cup brown sugar.

Bake about 5 minutes at 325 degrees. Serves about 6.
