High Protein Diet/cornell Bread

Serves 12 Yeast

1 cup Water
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
1 tablespoon Honey
3/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Wheat germ
1/4 cup Soy flour
1 cup Whole wheat flour
1 1/4 cups Bread flour
1/4 cup Nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast Much better than the store bought diet breads which use "sawdust fiber" as filler. This is a tasty, dense loaf. Makes good sandwiches.
