Forgotten Cookies

2 egg whites, at room temperature
3/4 c sugar
16 oz chocolate bits

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Beat sugar in gradually until completely incorporated. Fold in chocolate bits. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a cooki sheet lined with baking parchment, spacing cookies 2 inches apart.
Place in oven, turn off oven & leave until completely cool (overnight)
