English Muffin Bread

Serves 1 Muffins Yeast

1 1/4 cups Water
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
3 cups Bread flour
3 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk
2 teaspoons Yeast (This is great to put on the timer to have first thing in the morning)
