2 t Butter or into thin stripes margarine
1/4 c Water
1 cn Cream of mushroom
1/2 c Sour cream soup
1/2 c onion, Chopped
1 lb Round steak, cut
1/2 t Paprika
Melt butter or margarine in skillet. Brown strips of round steak in hot fat.
Add onion and brown.
Stir in soup, water, sour cream and paprika. Cover and cook over low heat about 45 minutes, or until meat is tender.
Stir frequently. Serve over hot noodles (wide egg noodles, etc.) or rice.
