Creole Chili Con Carne

2 T salad oil
1/2 c onions, minced
1/4 c celery, diced
1/2 c green bell pepper, chopped
3/4 lb ground beef, lean
1 T flour, all-purpose
1 cn red beans w/chili gravy(16oz
1 c water
1/2 t salt
1/4 t hot pepper sauce
1 t steak sauce
1 crackers
1 rice, cooked
1. Heat oil in large skillet; saute onion, celery and bell pepper until golden.

Stir in beef; saute until red color disapppears.
3.
Stir in flour; add kidney beans, water, salt, pepper sauce and steak sauce.
4. Simmer, stirring often, until desired thickness.
5. Serve with crackers or rice.
