Cranberry Sweet Potato Muffins

1 1/2 c flour
1/2 c sugar
2 t baking powder
3/4 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
1/2 t nutmeg
1 ea egg
1/2 c milk
1/2 c sweet potatoes, cold mashed
1/4 c margarine, melted
1 c fresh (or cranberries) Frozen
cinnamon/sugar
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg in small bowl, mix egg, milk, sweet potatoes and butter.
Stir into dry ingredients just to moist.
Stir in cranberries. Fill greased muffin cups 1/2 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar. Bake at 375 for 18 to 22 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove to wire rack.
