Cinnamon Oatmeal Cranberry Snack Cookies
2/3 c butter (or margarine ) softened
2/3 c brown sugar
2 ea eggs
1 1/2 c rolled oats
1 1/2 c flour
1 t baking soda
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t salt
1 1/2 c cranberries, Dried
Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter or margarine and sugar together until light and fluffy.
Add eggs and mix well. Combine oats, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt in a separate mixing bowl.
Add to butter mixture in several additions and mix well.
Stir in dried cranberries.
Drop by rounded teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
