2 lb beef, Ground
1 lb chorizo, sliced
1 c green chiles, diced
1 onion, Diced
1 garlic, To Taste
1 salt, To Taste
1 pepper, To Taste
12 oz can stewed tomatoes Pinto Beans If Needed =
3 c cooked
Brown beef and chorizo. Drain fat and add all ingredients to large pot. Simmer 2 or 3 hours.
