4 c. seeded cherries 1 1/4 c. sugar 4 Tb. flour Pinch of salt
Fill the lower crust of the pie with the cherries.
Mix the sugar, flour, and salt and sprinkle over the top. Moisten the edge of the lower crust, place the top crust in position, and bake in a moderately hot oven for about 30 or 35 minutes.
