2 cn stewed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 cn red beans, drained
1 ds salt
1 cn tomato sauce
2 lb lean beef, Ground
1/4 c white wine
1 1/2 T chile powder
1 md onion, chopped
Brown the meat along with the onion and garlic. Drain off the fat. Combine all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
Mix thoroughly. Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Serve with sour cream, chopped green onions, grated sharp
Cheddar and crushed red pepper flakes alongside.
