Broccoli With Stuffing
20 oz broccoli, Frozen
2 ea eggs, beaten
1 ea onion, finely chopped
1 cn mushroom soup
1/2 c mayonnaise
1 c cheddar cheese, Grated
1/4 c butter, melted
7 oz herbed stuffing mix
Cook broccoli; drain. Combine, eggs, onion, soup, and mayonnaise.
Place layer of broccoli in a two-quart casserole.
Add a layer of cheese. Pour a small amount of sauce on top. Repeat layers until all is used. Top with stuffing mix. Sprinkle butter on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 350.
