2/3 cup water
2 cups bread flour
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons butter
2 tablespoons port red wine
1/4 cup Danish blue cheese
1/4 cup walnuts coarsely chopped
2 1/2 tablespoons applesauce
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast
Bake on regular cycle.
