Beans And Things Chili

4 lb beef, Coarse Ground
1 T garlic, Chopped
1 onion, Chopped
1 T chili powder
1 t red pepper
1 t black pepper
1 t red chili pepper, Crushed
1 cn (10 oz)
1 t oregano
1 t cumin, Ground
1 t salt
1 T paprika
1 rotel tomatoes
Braise meat until browned.
Add garlic and onions and continue cooking until onions are clear.
Add remaining ingredients and cover with about 2 inches of water. Cook until meat feels heavy on the bottom, about 2 hours. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
