Banana Au Gratin
6 Servings
12 green bananas
2 c milk
1/4 c melted butter, 1/2 stick butter
2 t cinnamon
1 c cheese, grated
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 t salt
Booil banans until cooked. Mash.
Add milk, butter, cinnamon, eggs, salt & 3/4 cup cheese.
Mix well. Put into a greased baking dish, sprinkle the rest of cheese on top. Bake for 15 minutes in a slow oven. Garnish with parsley.
