Rhubarb Bread

1 1/2 c rhubarb, finely chopped

1 1/2 c apples, chopped
1 1/2 c sugar
1/2 c vegetable oil
1 t vanilla
4 ea eggs
3 c flour
1 c nuts, chopped
3 1/2 t baking powder
1 t salt
1 t cinnamon

Heat oven to 350. Grease bottoms of 2 loaf pans 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 2 1/2" or 9" x 5" x 3".
Mix rhubarb, apples, sugar, oil, vanilla, and eggs in large bowl.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into pans. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tested done. Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaves from pan. Remove to wire rack.
