Colonel William F. Guile: Troopers! I have just received new orders. Our superiors say the war is cancelled, and we can all go home. (Screen shows truck loaded with explosives about to crash into them) Zangief: Quick, change the channel!
Bison: I hoped to face Guile face-to-face on the battlefield, where we could engage each other in respectful combat. Then I would snap his spine. But why? Why do they still call me a warlord? Ken: I'm sorry I talked you into this. Ryu: I'm sorry I listened.
Colonel William F. Guile: It's the Collection Agency, Bison. Your ass is six months over due, and it's mine.
Colonel William F. Guile: Four years of ROTC for this shit

Bison: Why would this upset him? Dr Dhalsim: Because, unlike you, he's not psychotic.
