(confronts Martin after leaving restaurant) Andy: You may be blind, but you still have to pay for your meal. Martin: My meal never arrived.
(pleads to Martin) Andy: Everyone lies. Just not all the time.
(to a departing Martin) Andy: You killed Ugly. (lifts cat out of garbage bin) Andy: I think you broke her neck. Martin: This cat isn't dead. Andy: Oh shit! Sorry Ugly!
Martin's Mother: Why would I lie to you? Young Martin: Because you can.
Martin: (to Andy) You must never lie to me.
